Starkey Ranch is a 2,500 acre master planned community in Pasco County. RIPA’s involvement with first phase has involved: one million cubic yards of dirt, 12,000 feet of sanitary sewer, 15,000 feet of storm drainage and 25,000 feet of pressure piping. Work also included construction of the main boulevard.  RIPA is currently on-site working on Phases 2 and 3. Builders in this project include Ryland and M/I Homes.
