This year’s theme is Cozy Little Christmas, taking us back to a traditional holiday season. Adults will be able to gamble with RIPA cash on Blackjack, Texas Hold’em, Craps, Roulette tables and more. Prize money can be exchanged for raffle tickets to enter to win one of our five grand prizes!
Kids will enjoy a Santa’s workshop walk through experience as they take photos with Santa & Mrs. Clause. There will be bounce houses, face painting, arcade games, and more (all FREE of course)
We welcome you to bring unwrapped toys which will be donated to Joshua House. Employees will receive $100 RIPA Cash in exchange for each toy donated to be utilized at the gaming tables.
Family Welcome
We invite all RIPA, FAC, and CTB employees and their immediate families to attend. This includes anyone living with you in your home. Please do not include extended family members not in your household.
Required for Entry: Please be sure to bring your tickets as they will be required for entry. Tickets will be distributed in November through the employees’ immediate supervisors. There will be no re-entry allowed into this event.
Dress Code: Be ready for some holiday family pics as there will be many photo opportunities throughout the evnt. All pictures will be supplied to our guests via a link following the party. There are no specific rules set on what you cannot wear but please be sure your attire does not display any vulgar or offensive language or graphics. This is a family friendly event, and we want everyone to feel welcome.
*All Food, Beverages, Games, Activities & Parking will be Complimentary.
*USF is a Non-Smoking Campus. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on USF property.
Employees and guests will have access to parking lots 22A, 22D, 22E.
Vendors & Staff please park in 22F. Lot 22F will also be used as overflow parking.
