Where are the jobs located?

Our headquarters are located in Tampa, Florida; however, we have job sites within Central Florida and throughout the following counties including Hillsborough, Polk, Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, Sarasota, and Manatee.

What is the current salary?

Our starting pay is $15 per hour for entry-level positions. An employee can grow as quickly as 3-4 months from laborer to skilled laborer or machine operator and so on. The growth of the individual is dependent on them and how much they are willing to learn and grow. As for salary, this is dependent on the machinery or position they have been promoted to. Experienced team members have various pay rates based on experience and their position within the company.

Do you provide company vehicles?

Foreman and Superintendents receive company vehicles.

What makes you eligible for this bonus?

  • The referred candidate must put the current RIPA employee’s name on the application.
  • Both employees must be active at RIPA, FAC or CTB for 3 months at the time of the referral bonus payout.
  • This incentive only applies to new hire applicants.
  • This incentive does not apply to Rehires or Reinstatements.
  • If a candidate is referred by a RIPA employee this does not guarantee employment.
  • The referred candidate must put the current RIPA employee’s name on the application and new hire paperwork under referrals.
