RIPA & Associates is working with G/C Stellar Group out of Jacksonville on the site work for a massive 114,881 square foot warehouse & distribution center for Casper Distribution. The 14 acre site is located just east of Hwy 301 on Maple Lane and south of E. Sligh Avenue in Tampa. Work also includes off-site turn lanes, offsite forcemain and 12” watermain connections.
The warehouse and distribution center will help service the Casper Company, which owns and operates many of the McDonalds restaurants in the Tampa Bay area.
