Estancia 2B (at Wiregrass)

Estancia at Wiregrass – Phase 1 is a fast-paced residential subdivision for Standard Pacific Homes. The project consists of over 700,000 cubic yards of excavation, over 3 miles of roadway construction, a new lift station, and 100,000 LF of various utility pipe.
The phase under construction has 300 home sites of the 1,200 home sites planned. The Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel will be a hot bed for development and this is their first residential project.
“Given the complexity of this site and sensitive wetland impact areas, RIPA’s crews have done excellent work staying on schedule,” said RIPA’s project manager, John Flinn. “I really am impressed with everyone’s team work and commitment to this project.”
