Farm of Varrea is a residential community in Hillsborough county. This project is scheduled to begin in 2022 and is managed by Josh Smith and Nate Simmons. Farm of Varrea has consisted of 265,000 CY of onsite excavation and embankment, 8400 LF of drainage pipe, and 9000 LF of the sanitary sewer with depths up to 25’ and 12’ diameter triplex pump station. There will also be 24,000 LF of pressure pipe, including domestic water, reclaim, and force main, 33,000 SY of asphalt roadways, and extensive offsite Improvements along Charlie Taylor Road, including turn lanes.
