Mangrove Manor & Point

Forestar Group Inc, a majority-owned subsidiary of D.R. Horton, Inc. tasked RIPA with its latest residential lot development in Apollo Beach, Florida. Mangrove Manor and Mangrove Point are located south of Big Bend Rd on the North side of US 41 and South side of US 41, respectively. These projects consist of nearly 130 acres, 203 single-family homes, 51 multi-family homes with 286 units, and offsite improvements to US 41.
