Stonegate Preserve is a residential subdivision for Lennar Homes located in the booming corridor of Parrish, FL. Located off I-75 & Buckeye Road, Stonegate is a short ride away from some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches & Ellenton’s prime retail shopping. Stonegate Preserve sits on 415 acres of rich soil & the first phase will feature 440 single-family lots & a townhome portion. Stonegate will even feature a resort-style amenity center in the future.
