The Sunshine 3A & 4 project is a 70 acre subdivision project located in Southeast Hillsborough County off Highway 301 just south of Sun City Boulevard. The project will deliver 138 single family and 58 townhome units to our client of Lennar Homes. Field operations are scheduled to start mid to late October 2016 and will consist of over a quarter million CY of excavation, 5 miles of underground utilities and 23,000 SY of roadwork.
