The Heights project is a unique project located in what will become the new heart of downtown Tampa. The project stretches from North Boulevard to the East to North Tampa Street and from the Hillsborough River North to West Ross Avenue. The Heights project infrastructure will service the future development/revitalization of this area which will include the Armature Works building, The Pearl apartments, and many other event centers & restaurants. This project will be multi-phased progressing over the next year. We are very excited to be involved in this project as it will be the North bookend of the Tampa Riverwalk and will surely leave its mark on the City.
