This seaside resort is being built on Clearwater Beach in Pinellas County. The jobsite footprint is just less than five acres and is surrounded by other resorts in a busy tourist destination. RIPA project manager Chris Estep commented, “The site is very tight, and presents challenges working in a heavy vehicular and pedestrian area.”

We will be installing sanitary, storm, water and fire utilities for the resort, as well as the entry paving and some offsite paving restoration. This project is projected to complete November 2016.
