Asturia Phases 1 & 2 is a 500 acre site RIPA & Associates is developing for Hines. The mixed-use, master-planned community with a centrally located amenity center is in Pasco County, along SR 54 just west of Suncoast Parkway. This area continues to be a hot spot for development in the Tampa Bay area, and once again RIPA is involved with a great developer and community. There will be 60,000 SY of roadway, over 3 miles of 10’ wide multi-use paths and sidewalk, 34,000 LF of curb, and over 60,000 LF of underground utilities including a deep lift station.
The entire master-planned community will consist of residential neighborhoods, community amenities and parks. The overall parcel has approved zoning and entitlements in place for the construction of 550 single-family homes, 200 townhomes, 440 multifamily units, 300,000 square feet of commercial space, and 530,000 square feet of office/light industrial space.
