Being only the 3rd Costco in the Tampa Bay area, RIPA is once again chosen for a high-profile project that will draw a spotlight on the quality work we perform. Located at the busy intersection of Linebaugh and Sheldon at the heart of Westchase, RIPA will provide the grading and utility infrastructure work for this 155,000 square foot membership-only warehouse. The jobsite also includes several out-parcels from the Costco footprint. A significant challenge is the potential wetlands impact on this 30 acre site, which will be overseen by our Environmental team. Scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2016, this retail center will help generate jobs and revenue for this booming area.
