As a subcontractor to Hawkins Construction, RIPA provided clearing, grading, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt paving for this project. Located at 19th Avenue and U.S. Highway 41 in Apollo Beach, the 46,000 SF Publix was completed in 2016.
