With the continued surging growth in Pasco County, school officials put into motion the building of several schools, including High School GGG. The initial plan estimated the overall project would be $85 million. RIPA & Associates will be involved in most phases of the infrastructure development of this new school that will help with the overcrowding problem in Pasco. RIPA will: move 335,000CY of dirt, install 225,000SF of pond liners, install 34,000LF of underground utilities (which includes almost 5,000LF of roof/yard drains) and 210,000SF of concrete sidewalk. Asphalt paving totals are 65,000SY for drives and parking, and also includes the running track and field event surfaces and basketball courts.
