RIPA was awarded Project Bessie, now known as the Coca-Cola Tampa Distribution Center, in September of 2022. We have since completed the sitework for this 800,000 square foot industrial facility located at the corner of US-301 and Causeway Boulevard in Hillsborough County.

Trailhead Logistics Park is located on the west side of Interstate 75 and just north of SW Highway 484 in Ocala. Phase 1 consisted of a 943,000 SF warehouse on 60 acres for our repeat customer the Conlan Companies. The job featured roughly 60,000 SY of parking & loading dock, 3,500 LF of Entry Road, Storm Drainage, Underground utilities, and offsite roadway improvements that included a new traffic signal. This was RIPA’s first project in Marion County.
The Surf RV Resort is a luxury 55+ RV community in Palmetto, Florida. With nearly 450 oversized RV sites, this resort offers many amenities for the outdoor enthusiast. This 75-acre project featured 45,000 SY of roads & parking and nearly 7 miles of underground storm drainage & utilities. The diverse soil characteristics made for many challenges that RIPA faced and overcame while still keeping the project on schedule.
Epperson A2 is a residential townhome development for Metro in the Mirada community in San Antonio, Texas. The site will have 172 units, and the project consists of 5070LF of Storm Sewer, 11,600LF of Water/Fire Main, and 7100LF of Sanitary Sewer.
Tapestry at Big Bend is an apartment complex for Arlington construction. This project consists of 85,000 CY of earthwork along with a future commercial site adjacent to the apartments, over 25,000 SY of roadway construction, a new lift station, and 10,000 LF of various utility pipes. There will be five new apartment buildings with a future shopping center going into the commercial site. This project will be a new hot spot going onto Big Bend Rd.
RIPA is proud to contribute to the development of Baycare Plant City, a new 6-story hospital facility in Hillsborough County. This 38-acre project will greatly enhance healthcare services for the residents of Plant City. Our scope of work includes installing 9,000 linear feet of drainage pipe, 3,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer, and constructing a new pump station. Additionally, we will lay 7,000 linear feet of pressure pipe for domestic water, fire service, and reclaim systems, along with constructing curbs and sidewalks. The project also involves paving 68,000 square yards of asphalt parking lots and implementing offsite improvements along N. Park Road and Sam Allen Road.
This is a residential project in Pasco County consisting of a 56-acre site including 206 single-family lots in two Phases. 165,000 CY of excavation and embankment, 6600 LF of drainage pipe, 6700 LF of sanitary including a new pump station, and 15445 LF of pressure pipe including domestic water, reclaim, and force main. It also will have offsite Water and Reclaim totaling approximately 2000’ each to service the site with 20000 SY of asphalt roadways.
