Publix Southshore

As a subcontractor to Hawkins Construction, RIPA provided clearing, grading, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt paving for this project. Located at 19th Avenue and U.S. Highway 41 in Ruskin, the 46,000 SF Publix was
completed in 2016.

Ifly

iFly is a unique indoor skydiving facility that is located in a fast-growing entertainment and shopping corridor adjacent to Top Golf and Bass Pro Shops in Brandon. This project required challenging excavation & dewatering for the massive, thirty-foot-deep pit which houses the facility’s fan system in the substructure of the building. iFly’s grand opening was in 2018.

Wiregrass Ranch Boulevard

Wiregrass Ranch Blvd extension will connect the existing Wiregrass Ranch Blvd at SR-56 to Chancey Road. This connection will prove be a major thoroughfare for future residents of the thriving Wiregrass area. The project consists of over a mile of collector road with three feature roundabouts. RIPA will also be installing the associated drainage and reclaim main. There are several existing utilities that were previously installed including a 16” watermain and 20” forcemain; which will have to be worked around and maintained as the new roadway is constructed. This project is currently being fast tracked and scheduled for an early 2017 completion.

Tapestry Brandon

Tapestry at Lake Park is an Apartment complex located in northern Hillsborough County for Arlington Properties. This multi-family complex is made up of seven apartment buildings, nine apartment carriage buildings, and a clubhouse amenity center. This project required 42,000 CY of import fill with over 11,000 CY of onsite excavation. RIPA installed approximately 3,600 LF of storm drain, 2,000 LF of sanitary sewer pipe and 3,500 LF of water main utility pipe.

Tampa Regional Industrial Park (T R I P)

Tampa Regional Industrial Park or T.R.I.P for short, is a light Industrial Facility located at US41 and Big Bend Road in Gibsonton. The project is being constructed for Duke Realty who functions not only as the property owner but also as the land developer and General Contractor for the project. The project consists of a 330,000 SF dock high warehouse building with associated roadways and parking facilities. Ripa’s scope of work for the project includes 150,000 CY of onsite excavation, sanitary sewer system and lift station, domestic water and fire suppression lines, an extensive storm drainage system and approx. 8 acres of roadways and parking areas. Also included are upgrades to the offsite roadways along both Big Bend Road and US41. The project is scheduled for completion in May of 2017.

Gatewood Corporate Center

Gatewood Corporate Center is an 88 Acre corporate park consisting of 7 proposed buildings ranging from 60,000 SF to 100,000 SF. Current plans are underway to construct 4 of the 7 buildings. The site work package includes excavation of 226,000 CY installation of a lift station, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, 39,000 SY of onsite paving, and 1,400 SY of offsite turn-lane paving. The project has an anticipated completion in mid 2018.

Dunedin Commons Apartments

Primerica Group One has a mixed-use development called Dunedin Commons on the western side of the former Neilson property, closer to Patricia Avenue. The Tampa-based company will build 6 upscale apartment buildings with 280 total units, Clubhouse, four 5-Bay Garages, six 8-Bay Garages, one 8-Bay Garage with Property Service, Pool Cabana, Mail Kiosk, Trash Enclosure and miscellaneous site amenities accompanied by more than 8,600 square feet of retail space.

Bainbridge Westshore Marina Apartments

The Bainbridge Westshore Marina Apartment Community is located on South Westshore Boulevard at the NW Corner of Tyson Avenue in a very busy and up-and-coming area of Hillsborough County. This community is located near the water and will have six main apartment buildings, a clubhouse/leasing office, five garages, a maintenance building and trash enclosure, a dog wash area, a courtyard area with pavilion and a pool. RIPA is performing all the sitework (including any demolition, dewatering, import fill, export of unusable material, rough, final and finish grading), will be installing new sanitary, storm, water and fire distribution piping systems and will be constructing new curbs and gutters, and paving.

Baycare Wesley Chapel Hospital

BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel, located at 4501 Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in Wesley Chapel, is BayCare’s newest hospital facility in Pasco County.

This 86-bed, 318,000-square-foot state-of-the-art hospital broke ground in December 2020. This project has since been completed is now open to offer comprehensive health care services including cardiology, orthopedics and surgical services to the residents in the heart of Wesley Chapel. RIPA was proud to partner with client, Robins & Morton, to complete the sitework on this 27 acre project and offsite roadway improvements along Bruce B. Downs Boulevard.
