The Surf RV Resort is a luxury 55+ RV community in Palmetto, Florida. With nearly 450 oversized RV sites, this resort offers many amenities for the outdoor enthusiast. This 75-acre project featured 45,000 SY of roads & parking and nearly 7 miles of underground storm drainage & utilities. The diverse soil characteristics made for many challenges that RIPA faced and overcame while still keeping the project on schedule.

City Furniture is a commercial distribution project in Plant City. 65 acre site with approx. 1,300,000 SF distribution warehouse and showroom, 250,000 of excavation and embankment, 7200 LF of drainage pipe, 150,000 SF underground storm retention vault system, 1200 LF of sanitary sewer with private lift station, 10,000 Lf of pressure pipe including domestic water, fire, reclaim and force main. This project also consists of 125,000 SY of asphalt and concrete parking lots and offsite Improvements along the I-4 south frontage road.
RIPA is proud to contribute to the development of Baycare Plant City, a new 6-story hospital facility in Hillsborough County. This 38-acre project will greatly enhance healthcare services for the residents of Plant City. Our scope of work includes installing 9,000 linear feet of drainage pipe, 3,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer, and constructing a new pump station. Additionally, we will lay 7,000 linear feet of pressure pipe for domestic water, fire service, and reclaim systems, along with constructing curbs and sidewalks. The project also involves paving 68,000 square yards of asphalt parking lots and implementing offsite improvements along N. Park Road and Sam Allen Road.
This is a residential project in Pasco County consisting of a 56-acre site including 206 single-family lots in two Phases. 165,000 CY of excavation and embankment, 6600 LF of drainage pipe, 6700 LF of sanitary including a new pump station, and 15445 LF of pressure pipe including domestic water, reclaim, and force main. Little Lake Thomas is a residential townhome development in Land O’ Lakes. The site will have 218 Units and an Amenities Center. It will also have two beautiful lakes on its boundaries. This Project requires the excavation of 100,000 cys of fill and the installation of 23,000 LF of Utilities
Advent Health Riverview is a 4-story, 209,000 sq ft full-service hospital commercial construction project. The hospital will provide emergency services, cardiology, obstetrics, gynecology, labor and delivery, orthopedic, gastroenterology, and urology services. In phase 1, the hospital will open with 80 beds, but additional building space allows for expansion to a 200-bed facility to meet the Riverview Communities’ growing needs. RIPA has laid the groundwork for this amazing building! The project consists of importing almost 200,000 cubic yards of structural fill to construct the site & building pad, installing over 15,000 LF of Utilities (sanitary, storm, water & fire distribution) and asphalt (for the hospital’s parking area).
