Avalon Park Mosby

Located off State Road 54 in Wesley Chapel’s new Avalon Park Town Center is one of Middleburg Construction’s newest residential developments, Mosby at Avalon Park. The pet-friendly, luxury apartment complex offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with modern, upscale interiors and spacious living areas. In addition to easy access to some of Wesley Chapel’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment, Mosby at Avalon Park features five-star amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, an infinity saltwater pool, scenic nature trails, and more.

Vida’s Way Phase 1

Vida’s Way Phase 1

Developed on the land of Wesley Chapel’s historic DePue Ranch, a formerly family-owned cattle ranch founded in the 1920s, is Vida’s Way, Pulte Homes’ new residential community. Named after the matriarch of the DePue family, Vida Barnes DePue, the community is designed to honor the family’s legacy and rich heritage. Of the 1,800 acres of land owned by the DePue family, Pulte Homes acquired the northeast corner of the ranch to serve as the initial phase of construction for their Vida’s Way development. This Phase 1 will include over 700 single-family homes on over 330 acres of land, making up only a portion of the 931-acre master-planned area, DePue East.

Morgan High School

Morgan High School

Located on West Lake Drive in Wimauma, Florida, sits Hillsborough County Public Schools’s newest and largest high school, Morgan High School (UUU). Built to relieve overcrowding in nearby south Hillsborough County schools, Morgan High School officially opened to students in August of 2025, just in time for the new school year. The state-of-the-art campus was designed to enroll more than 3,400 students and features a two-story gymnasium, the first of its kind in the school district. Contracted by The Beck Group, RIPA performed the turnkey sitework construction for the high school, including moving more than 200,000 cubic yards of dirt with over 80,000 cubic yards of excavation and 130,000 cubic yards of imported fill. Additionally, RIPA installed approximately 14,000 linear feet of storm drainage ranging from 15” to 48”, two sanitary lift stations with separate sanitary systems, over 15,000 linear feet of pressure pipe including fire and domestic watermains, and constructed approximately 73,000 square yards of roadways, parking lots, and miscellaneous paving.

Esplanade at Wiregrass 5A & 5B

Esplanade at Wiregrass 5A & 5B

Named 2023 Single-Family Community of the Year by TBBA, the Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch is a 55+ resort-style community located on the east end of Chancey Road in Wesley Chapel, less than 30 miles north of Tampa. Owned by Taylor Morrison and designed by Atwell Engineering, the community offers resort-style amenities and experiences while remaining conveniently close to high-end shopping and top-rated healthcare. With approximately 600 homes built in the first four phases of development, Phases 5A & 5B were designed to add roughly 200 additional lots to the community. Situated near and made possible by the extension of Chancey Road, Phases 5A & 5B will include a second gated entry providing direct access to the new lots.

Artisan Lakes Overall Roundabout

Artisan Lakes Parkway Roundabouts

Down in the waterfront city of Palmetto, Florida, you will find one of Taylor Morrison’s latest multi-faceted developments – the large master-planned community known as Artisan Lakes. Connected by Artisan Lakes Parkway, the community features neighborhoods such as Esplanade, Eave’s Bend, Edgestone and Yardly at Artisan Lakes – offering a variety of housing types to choose from.

In effort to improve traffic flow and safety for the community’s growing population, Taylor Morrison contracted RIPA to construct three brand new roundabouts along Artisan Lakes Parkway, as well as restore and extend the existing roadway and make necessary utility adjustments. RIPA used a multi- phase approach to ensure minimal disruptions to the residents while focusing on safety.

Coca-Cola Distribution Center

RIPA was awarded Project Bessie, now known as the Coca-Cola Tampa Distribution Center, in September of 2022. We have since completed the sitework for this 800,000 square foot industrial facility located at the corner of US-301 and Causeway Boulevard in Hillsborough County.

North River Ranch

Tapestry at Big Bend

Tapestry at Big Bend is an apartment complex for Arlington construction. This project consists of 85,000 CY of earthwork along with a future commercial site adjacent to the apartments, over 25,000 SY of roadway construction, a new lift station, and 10,000 LF of various utility pipes. There will be five new apartment buildings with a future shopping center going into the commercial site. This project will be a new hot spot going onto Big Bend Rd.

Trailhead Ocala

Trailhead Logistics Park is located on the west side of Interstate 75 and just north of SW Highway 484 in Ocala. Phase 1 consisted of a 943,000 SF warehouse on 60 acres for our repeat customer the Conlan Companies. The job featured roughly 60,000 SY of parking & loading dock, 3,500 LF of Entry Road, Storm Drainage, Underground utilities, and offsite roadway improvements that included a new traffic signal. This was RIPA’s first project in Marion County.
