Aprile Farms

Aprile Farms is a mixed-use development site on approximately 36 acres of land. Located at U.S. 301 and I-4 in Hillsborough County, this project required the cooperation of many municipalities in order to get the project completed on time and budget. Difficult soil and groundwater conditions were cause for concern and dictated the earthwork operations. Due to the loading requirements of large industrial buildings, RIPA contracted Hayward Baker to perform soil improvements. RIPA is contracted under the GC, Conlan Company, and is expected to complete the project in June of 2019.
